These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1win PK ("1win PK", "we", "us", "the platform") in relation to your use of the website at 1winpk.biz and all associated services, products, features and promotions offered through it.

By registering an account on 1win PK, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or continue using 1win PK.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on 1win PK is 30x the bonus amount (e.g. a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal). • Eligible Games & Sports: Not all games and markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, sports betting at odds of 1.5 or above contributes 100%; slots contribute 100%; table games including poker contribute between 10% and 20%. • Time Limits: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement expire within the timeframe stated on each promotion. Expired bonuses and any unconverted bonus balance are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate account is a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: If you request a withdrawal while a bonus wagering requirement is still outstanding, the remaining bonus balance and all winnings generated from that bonus will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.

1win PK reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a player, 1win PK will honour the terms in place at the time of claim unless the modification is required by regulatory change.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted once you receive a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. A bet slip submitted without a confirmation reference is not a valid bet.
• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g. PCB for PSL, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). Where a result is subsequently changed due to appeal, protest or administrative correction, 1win PK will re-settle the affected bets accordingly.

• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days. Where closure follows a breach investigation, balance may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets or unsettled casino rounds at the time of closure will be settled normally and any balance will be paid out to your registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1win PK's total liability to you in relation to any claim arising from your use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by you to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

1win PK is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or anticipated winnings.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in contravention of applicable local law.
